Setting Nameservers at NetFluenceDomains.com

I receive several requests per day on how to set nameservers, or that someone can't set nameservers etc.

This is actually a very easy process that most people only have to do once to learn. As always if you have questions ask your fellow publishers or ask us , and we will gladly help. 

This is a short visual guide on how to set these.

Step 1

Go to http://www.netfluencedomains.com/ and cick on the my domains option.

Then login when prompted.

Once logged in,

Click on the domain you want to change (right on the name)

From there a new dashboard (menu) will load. In the middle of the dashboard you will see your Nameservers listed.

Click on the nameservers, they are a link. You will see a new panel.

Click the "Custom Nameservers"  button. And then you will see this.

In the boxes given to you use the nameservers provided to you from your host.

You must overwrite the OLD ones that were there first!!! 

Then click "OK"

 

Then the screen wil change to this.

Click "OK" again and you will see your new name servers very soon. This can take some time (I have seen it take almost 20 mins) but usually is complete within 90 seconds or so.
